Mit größter Sorge erfüllen uns die Nachrichten, die uns seit Samstagmorgen aus Israel erreichen.
In Verbundenheit und Anteilnahme
Die terroristische Hamas hat Israel attackiert; hunderte unschuldiger Zivilisten ermordet, als Geiseln entführt; tausende sind verwundet. Für diese grausamen Taten gibt es keinerlei Rechtfertigung.
Hiermit unterstreichen wir die Aussage des Präsidenten der Deutsch-Israelischen Gesellschaft e. V., Volker Beck, vom 07.10.2023:
„Die Nachrichten aus Israel heute Morgen sind dramatisch. Wir sind zutiefst besorgt und stehen in Solidarität mit dem israelischen Volk. Die feigen und kriminellen Angriffe mit Hunderten von Raketen auf die israelische Zivilbevölkerung und das Eindringen einer großen Zahl von Terroristen in israelische Gemeinden und Kibbuzim müssen auf das Schärfste verurteilt werden.“
Wir sprechen allen Menschen unserer Partnerstadt Jokneam und ganz Israels unsere Solidarität und tiefe Anteilnahme aus.
Wir trauern um die vielen Opfer dieses Angriffs.
In Gedanken sind wir bei unseren Freunden und Bekannten in Israel. Wir wünschen ihnen Sicherheit und Frieden sowie allen Trost und die Kraft, dieses Trauma zu überstehen.
In solidarity and compassion
We are extremely concerned about the news that has been reaching us from Israel since Saturday morning. The terrorist Hamas attacked Israel; hundreds of innocent civilians murdered, kidnapped as hostages; thousands are wounded. There is no justification for these cruel acts.
We hereby underline the statement of Volker Beck, President of the German-Israeli Society, from October 7th, 2023:
“The news from Israel this morning is dramatic. We are deeply concerned and stand in solidarity with the Israeli people. The cowardly and criminal attacks with hundreds of rockets on the Israeli civilian population and the infiltration of large numbers of terrorists into Israeli communities and kibbutzim must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.”
We express our solidarity and deep sympathy to all the people of our sister city Jokneam and all of Israel.
We mourn the many victims of this attack.
Our thoughts are with our friends and acquaintances in Israel. We wish them safety and peace as well as all the comfort and strength to overcome this trauma.
